For custom designs on souvenirs, the customer agrees on the following terms:
- The customer is held full legal responsibilities on the image(s) they submit; Icy Strawberry Shop holds none.
- Icy Strawberry Shop has the right to reuse submitted image(s) by the customer for marketing purposes; the customer retains their other rights and remains responsible on the images they submitted
- Any design made by Icy Strawberry Shop without any material(s) submitted by the customers is exclusively copyrighted by the store; the customer bears no right to reuse such designs
- Icy Strawberry Shop holds the right to rewrite the terms & conditions on this page at any time
