• Returns for exchange can be made within 7 days
• Refunds can be made within 7 days
• The policy applies on all items except the following: (a) garments (b) customised items (c) items for sale and (d) items purchased from the As-is section
• The items must be in their original state inside the box
• Proofing the purchase via receipts / invoices is compulsory
• By receiving the shipment inside its package from the delivery agent, the customer acknowledges that the item(s) is in a good condition inside the package
• The customer shall inform their intention to refund / exchange within the 7 days period from the date of purchase and they shall make the shipment before the period ends. If the order was received after 7 days from the date of purchase, a 24-hour period is added to the time & date of receiving the order for returning the shipment
• The customer will be charged for shipping fees for return / refund
